Reiki is a non-invasive energetic practice that seeks to help the recipient find balance on the physical, emotional and spiritual level. Reiki recipients have reported improved sleep, reduction in anxiety, tension, general stress, and physical pain. These sessions are ideal for anyone looking to rest, destress, unblock and/or find clarity. Clients remained fully clothed during these sessions and they can be done with or without physical contact.

Sound and Restore
Sound and Reiki are combined during this healing session that seeks to put the body into deep rest, balance energy, and trigger the body's own healing response. Perfect for those who feel sluggish, struggle with sleep, or have a difficult time quieting their mind.
